What you will do

• Edit platform-native short-form video for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Turn raw footage, B-roll, UGC, vox pops, podcasts, webinars, animation renders, and brand film assets into engaging stories.
• Own edits end to end, including structure, hooks, animation, music, pacing, cut-downs, and adaptation for websites and email.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop ideas and deliver campaign-aligned content.
• Manage multiple projects at a high production pace while balancing quality and timely delivery.
• Organise, archive, and maintain video and photo assets for efficient reuse.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of video editing, production, and post-production across modern editing tools and platforms.
• Understanding of platform fundamentals including retention, watch time, session times, clip theory, and audience hooks.
• Ability to edit content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and email.
• Hands-on thumbnail design skills or strong art direction and collaboration ability.
• Ability to write titles, descriptions, captions, and occasional voiceover scripts.
• Strong editorial judgement, attention to detail, curiosity about internet culture, and a passion for storytelling and fast creative production.

Nice to have

• Experience in media, journalistic or satirical video storytelling, YouTube content, or creator content.
• Experience with AI and modern editing tools that improve creative quality.
• Portfolio demonstrating video editing and storytelling work.
