Junior Video Content Producer

What you will do

• Edit long-form and short-form video across the podcast portfolio for YouTube, hirify.global Player and social platforms.
• Apply pacing, multicamera switching, reactions, graphics, captions, inserts and visual storytelling to video edits.
• Follow established workflows, review and quality-check edits, and deliver work to agreed deadlines.
• Support studio, remote and off-site recordings as required, developing skills in camera operation, lighting, framing, audio and multicamera production.
• Identify strong moments and opportunities for short-form content, contribute creative ideas and collaborate with the Podcast Video team.

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and a solid foundation in video editing.
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling and engaging visual content.
• Interest in YouTube, social video and digital content, including TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, respond positively to feedback and continue developing creative, editorial and technical skills.
• Willingness to develop wider video production skills alongside core editing responsibilities.
