Auto Damage Trainee (Field)

Location: Little Rock, AR, United States; field-based and not remote

Salary: $25.95 per hour / $52,275 annually; stated annual range of $25.95–$40.19

What you will do

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage after accidents.
• Review insurance contracts and prepare vehicle repair estimates.
• Negotiate equitable settlements and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage rental vehicles and coordinate with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.
• Support customer satisfaction through clear communication and practical solutions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines required.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, empathy, adaptability, and prioritization skills.
• Customer-facing experience and high-volume call-center experience with KPIs are preferred.
• An active adjuster’s license is preferred; training and examination fees are provided.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Hiring process

• The paid trainee program includes three weeks of required hands-on training at the Ashburn, Virginia facility and two weeks at a field training center in New York, Texas, or California.
