Technology Transformation Associate (Technology Modernization)

Location: Philadelphia, PA, United States; hybrid work with in-person attendance required at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site.

What you will do

• Support advisory and implementation engagements across a variety of client industries.
• Analyze client capabilities, technologies, processes, objectives, and needs to identify opportunities for transformation and efficiency.
• Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data and synthesize findings for client deliverables.
• Build and analyze financial models and complex budgets.
• Assist senior leadership with proposal development, presentations, and communication to senior audiences.
• Develop technology knowledge, leadership skills, and professional relationships through mentoring, networking, and team activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, HCM, or a related field.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and technical aptitude skills.
• Ability to work effectively in complex team environments and understand current and future-state processes based on business objectives.
• Ability to travel to client sites on short notice and work additional hours as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; visa sponsorship is not available.
