What you will do

• Support the regional sales manager, country director, and sales representatives in achieving sales objectives.
• Market hirify.global products through a consultative sales approach with current and prospective surgeons.
• Provide technical support and consultation during surgeries and operative procedures.
• Educate and train surgeons and operating room staff on product applications and indications.
• Monitor competitors, assess market needs, track business trends, and support congresses and customer events.
• Coordinate with customer service and administrative functions while maintaining required expense reporting and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Dutch is required.
• Ability to provide after-hours and weekend case support when necessary.
• Ability to obtain and maintain privileges at all required hospitals.
• Strong problem-solving, data collection, interpretation, and conclusion-drawing skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, charting, flow-charting, and graphs.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and work with abstract and concrete variables.

Nice to have

• Spinal device sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
