Customer Enablement Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in New York, Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Nashville, Philadelphia, Tampa, or Washington, DC, United States

Salary: $150,000–$195,000 annually plus equity

What you will do

• Design and deliver live, hands-on workshops that help customers build reliable agents with the LangChain ecosystem.
• Create tutorials, reference implementations, best-practice guides, documentation, and other enablement assets.
• Provide technical guidance and office hours for developers and enterprise stakeholders.
• Build internal agents and tools that automate Enablement workflows and improve team scalability.
• Represent customer needs internally and share product friction points with Product and Engineering.
• Track developments in agent engineering and incorporate relevant practices into customer education.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building LLM or agent applications, including agent architectures and evaluation strategies.
• Strong Python skills and the ability to write and debug code live with customers.
• 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Enablement, Customer Success Engineering, or Solutions Engineering.
• Experience designing and delivering live workshops, technical training programs, written tutorials, documentation, and video guides.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for audiences ranging from individual developers to enterprise stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, manage multiple customer engagements, and travel up to 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Production experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agents, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts.
• TypeScript or JavaScript experience in addition to Python.
