Sr. Director, Global Distribution and Fulfilment (Hybrid - Acton, MA)

Location: Hybrid role requiring on-site work from an hirify.global office in Acton, Massachusetts, United States; approximately 20% travel.

Annual base salary: $198,800–$298,175 for U.S.-based positions, with possible incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead global logistics, distribution, transportation, and order fulfilment operations.
• Develop and execute distribution strategies for volume growth, international expansion, and new product introductions.
• Scale and optimize the network across company-owned sites, 3PLs, carriers, and logistics partners.
• Establish customer-focused service strategies, performance measures, governance, and partner relationships.
• Drive operational performance, quality, safety, compliance, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Lead digitalization, analytics, automation, financial planning, trade compliance, and sustainability initiatives across the distribution network.

Requirements

• 20+ years of supply chain operations experience in a global manufacturing organization, including 7+ years in management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing end-to-end supply chain strategies, controls, and measurable business improvements.
• Experience leading multicultural teams and collaborating with executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma operational practices.
• Ability to work on-site from an hirify.global office in Acton, Massachusetts as part of a hybrid arrangement.
