Senior Legal Counsel (Corporate and Real Estate) (Autonomous Vehicles)

What you will do

• Lead real estate and land-use matters, including commercial leases and charging agreements.
• Negotiate commercial contracts, master services agreements, construction matters, and development agreements.
• Support facility operations and the infrastructure team with practical legal strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align legal work with business and operational needs.
• Manage relationships with outside counsel and monitor results and costs.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar.
• 7+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house environment.
• Significant experience in commercial real estate law, including commercial leasing, land use, and construction matters.
• Experience with corporate and commercial law, detailed negotiation, autonomous work, and fast-paced priorities.

Nice to have

• Automotive or autonomous vehicle experience.
• International, non-U.S. legal experience.
