Implementation Manager - US (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage multiple client implementations, project plans, milestones, and communications.
• Lead bespoke implementations for larger clients and support pre-sales discussions about the implementation journey.
• Host and co-host client webinars and deliver virtual and in-person group training on the platform.
• Apply technical expertise to troubleshoot implementation issues and provide solutions.
• Train internal teams and create customer-facing and internal documentation and video content.
• Work with clients to understand their needs, ensure satisfaction, and improve onboarding processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Implementation Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong project management and client communication skills.
• Experience with technical implementations, preferably involving Microsoft or SaaS products.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to take accountability and make an impact quickly.
