Implementation Leader (ERP)

Location: Brighton, Michigan, United States; ability to travel to customer sites 25%–50% of the time.

Compensation: OTE $70,000–$115,000+ annually, consisting of base salary and bonuses.

What you will do

• Guide manufacturing customers through the full deployment lifecycle, from initial configuration to go-live.
• Understand customer production and administrative processes and configure Steelhead to meet operational needs.
• Train customer teams across ownership, management, front-office functions, and the plant floor.
• Balance deployment speed and quality while meeting monthly ARR targets.
• Provide prompt technical support through calls, messages, email, and support tickets.
• Build customer relationships, identify process improvements, and collaborate with Engineering on product feedback and feature development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time experience at a metal finisher or other manufacturer with ERP/MES experience; or a bachelor's degree with qualifying manufacturing or technical experience.
• For a technical degree, a GPA of 3.5 or above is required, unless qualifying professional experience is provided.
• Ability to travel to customer sites 25%–50% of the time.
