Technical Implementation Specialist (SaaS)

Location: 100% remote anywhere in the United States, with travel up to 10% for orientations, industry or company events, and onsite meetings.

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 USD annual base salary, plus bonus, benefits, perks, and community gains.

What you will do

• Deliver and coordinate technical implementations, integration setup, configuration services, and related project activities for clients.
• Plan and maintain implementation schedules while coordinating stakeholders, resources, tasks, milestones, and timelines.
• Document requirements, objectives, risks, obstacles, delays, time worked, project milestones, and invoicing submissions.
• Conduct onsite and virtual client training and provide clear, reliable guidance on hirify.global solutions.
• Build client relationships, communicate project status, collaborate with Customer Success and other departments, and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Improve technical and instructional documentation and ensure successful handoff to Support or other teams after delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience in technical client services or support, preferably in implementation, integration, business analysis, or project services within SaaS, technology, healthcare, or public safety.
• Understanding of implementation, project management, training delivery, application interfaces, integration architectures, and standardized data collection practices.
• Knowledge of state and national EMS and fire reporting requirements, adult education concepts, and effective content delivery.
• Strong technical aptitude, presentation, facilitation, communication, organization, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the United States and travel up to 10%.
