Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Coordinate technical customer implementation and integration services for hirify.global solutions.
• Design and maintain client implementation schedules to ensure high-quality delivery and compliance.
• Conduct onsite and virtual training sessions for clients during the implementation process.
• Collaborate with customer success teams to coordinate resources and align tasks.
• Review and advise on technical documentation, release notes, and instructional materials.
• Manage project documentation and milestone invoicing within systems of record.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in technical client services, implementation, or business analysis within SaaS or healthcare/public safety industries.
• Understanding of state and national EMS and Fire reporting requirements.
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to convert requirements and specifications into technical designs.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and able to travel up to 10%.
