PeopleSoft Administrator (On-site) (PeopleSoft)

Location: On-site in Crystal City, Arlington, Virginia, United States; no remote work allowed.

Salary: $92,000–$171,000 per year.

What you will do

• Administer and support PeopleSoft applications, including PeopleSoft HCM and related modules.
• Support system maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, configuration, testing, and optimization.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with functional and technical teams.
• Support integrations, data validation, system monitoring, and PeopleSoft business processes.
• Prepare documentation, user support materials, and training content.
• Support compliance with federal government and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Experience administering or supporting PeopleSoft applications and working knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM or related modules.
• Understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, configuration, PeopleTools, integrations, and system support.
• Experience troubleshooting application issues and coordinating technical resolutions.
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain one, are required.
• Must be able to work on-site in Arlington, Virginia.

Nice to have

• Experience with PeopleSoft Payroll, Benefits, Financials, PUM, Integration Broker, Application Engine, or PeopleSoft upgrades.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Test Framework and federal government or Department of Defense implementations.
