Technical Services Operations Administrator

Location: Longmont, Colorado, United States; onsite operations center role with 12-hour day or night shifts, including one weekend day

Salary: $74,000–$98,000–$107,800 annually in Colorado, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Monitor enterprise, factory, and platform systems and applications.
• Create and manage tickets and support incident resolution.
• Monitor events, manage incidents, maintain alarm thresholds, and escalate issues to service owner teams.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and assist with system administration activities.
• Communicate incidents, system status, and operational updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Information Technology, Mission Operations, Customer Service, and Software Development.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance are required; the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is also required.
• U.S. person status may be required under applicable export control and ITAR regulations.
• Active Security+ certification, or the ability to obtain it within the first six months.
• Associate degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; two years of relevant technical troubleshooting experience may substitute.
• Availability for three to four 12-hour shifts per week, including one weekend day. The back-half night shift runs 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. Wednesday through Friday and every other Saturday night.

Nice to have

• Experience with networking, firewalls, routing, remote-site connectivity, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Red Hat Linux, LDAP, DNS, Active Directory, VMware, and virtual servers.
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS.
• Strong critical-thinking, customer-support, business, relationship-building, and results-oriented skills.
