What you will do

• Lead Oracle Cloud ERP Service solution architecture across requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production support.
• Design and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Field Service, Service Contracts, Depot Repair, and Territory Management solutions.
• Integrate Oracle Fusion Service with back-office systems and on-site service execution.
• Optimize field service scheduling, real-time tracking, and predictive maintenance capabilities.
• Provide architecture and configuration guidance to project teams while aligning solutions with Oracle leading practices and business objectives.
• Diagnose complex Service module issues and collaborate with technical teams, business users, and leadership on long-term solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of Oracle Supply Chain experience, including at least 5 years with Oracle Fusion Cloud Service.
• Extensive functional and configuration experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Field Service, Depot Repair, Service Contracts, and Territory Management.
• Experience leading complex projects through complete implementation lifecycles.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications, including CX, ERP, or HCM, is desirable.
