Senior JDE CNC Managed Services Administrator

Location: Fully remote

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Operate multiple JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments across development, test, production, and disaster recovery.
• Perform CNC administration, package management, object lifecycle management, and ESU and Tools Release maintenance.
• Optimize CPU, memory, kernel, cache, and overall system performance while mitigating bottlenecks.
• Administer enterprise JDE security, including row and column security, segregation of duties, and role-based access.
• Implement monitoring and automation using CNC logs, kernel processes, batch jobs, orchestrator queues, and automation platforms.
• Maintain high availability, backup, recovery, failover, disaster recovery, compliance, audit documentation, capacity planning, and ITIL service processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of CNC administration experience in a managed services or enterprise support model.
• Expert knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne architecture, including Deployment Server, Enterprise Server, JAS, AIS, BSSV, and Orchestrator.
• Administration experience on Windows, Linux, IBM i, or Unix, plus database expertise with Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2.
• Experience with WebLogic, WebSphere, scripting and automation using PowerShell, Shell, Python, or Ansible, and monitoring tools such as OEM, Dynatrace, Splunk, or ServiceNow Monitoring.
• Knowledge of IT security and compliance frameworks, including SoD, SOX, and GDPR, along with strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and communication skills.
