Staff Product Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build core capabilities for an AI-first platform and autonomous AI agents product.
• Own platform software capabilities end-to-end, from design through operation.
• Design distributed systems for massive scale using event-driven architectures.
• Develop the next generation of developer experience and high-leverage platform primitives.
• Operate services according to a “You Build It, You Run It” engineering model.

Requirements

• Experience as a systems thinker with strong product empathy.
• Expertise in architecting distributed systems.
• Pragmatic, quality-driven approach to software engineering.
• Technical agility and strong curiosity.
• Experience with Python, Go, Kubernetes, event-driven systems, and GCP.
