2027 Summer Internship – BIM / VDC (8 Weeks) - Talent Pool (BIM/VDC)

Location: Onsite or hybrid at hirify.global offices in Chicago or NYC; remote work is also open. US work authorization is required.

Salary: $25–$30 per hour

hirify.global is a digital construction and built-environment company supporting the design, construction, and operations of buildings and infrastructure.

What you will do

• Shadow active BIM/VDC project teams and support project delivery.
• Attend internal and client meetings and prepare meeting notes.
• Assist with model reviews, QA/QC, and project documentation.
• Observe coordination activities, RFIs, and client communication.
• Complete a mentor-guided capstone project simulating a real BIM/VDC scenario and present the results.

Requirements

• Current student in Construction Management or Engineering.
• US work authorization is required.
• Interest in BIM/VDC project delivery and complex building construction.
• Curiosity, motivation, and willingness to learn through project shadowing and technical instruction.

Nice to have

• Exposure to BIM fundamentals, Revit, multidisciplinary coordination, or building systems.
