GTM AI Agent Builder

Location: Remote in Atlanta, Phoenix, or the United States; hybrid in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City, with designated office days approximately 2–3 days per week. San Francisco office expectations include the San Jose metro area.

Annual base salary: $222,000–$242,000 in San Francisco and New York; $189,473–$205,000 in Denver, Atlanta, and Phoenix. Eligible for an annual variable cash bonus of up to 20%.

What you will do

• Contribute to the GTM AI strategy, roadmap, technology evaluation, use-case prioritization, and change management.
• Design and deploy AI-driven workflows and automation that improve GTM productivity.
• Identify automation opportunities with Revenue Operations and GTM leaders and connect initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
• Define evaluation frameworks for prompt reliability, latency, cost, conversion lift, and time saved.
• Connect Salesforce, GTM tools, and the data warehouse to AI-powered insights and workflows.
• Support model and vendor selection, program rollout, training, adoption, ownership, and reusable AI guardrails.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Product, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology company, or 2–4 years in an earlier-stage AI-focused company.
• Experience building and implementing operational systems or automation that improved productivity, accuracy, or revenue outcomes.
• Experience with GTM systems such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and data warehouses.
• Strong program execution, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Comfort experimenting with AI tools, agents, and automation workflows; deep ML expertise is not required.
• Technical background is valued.
