GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with onsite work three days per week from Tuesday through Thursday at the San Mateo, CA headquarters

Annual base salary: $202,000–$250,000, plus a target bonus

What you will do

• Design and deploy AI-powered agents and intelligent workflows for account research, lead management, routing, scoring, prioritization, seller briefings, and follow-up.
• Build contextual data pipelines combining web activity, intent, product usage, CRM history, engagement, and other buyer signals.
• Connect LLMs with Salesforce, Marketo, Clay, sales engagement platforms, enrichment providers, and internal systems through APIs, webhooks, and orchestration.
• Develop AI applications using function and tool calling, structured outputs, MCP, retrieval, agent orchestration, and deterministic business logic.
• Harden prototypes for production with authentication, logging, tracing, retries, error handling, monitoring, documentation, and cost controls.
• Build evaluations and feedback loops while partnering with RevOps, SalesOps, Marketing Ops, SDR/BDR, Demand Gen, and Core Engineering.

Requirements

• Experience as a Software Engineer, AI Engineer, Automation Engineer, GTM Engineer, Revenue Systems Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
• Strong programming experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered applications, agents, or workflows with Claude, OpenAI, LangGraph, MCP, Relevance, or similar technologies.
• Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, authentication, system integrations, data pipelines, orchestration, observability, tracing, validation, and error handling.
• Familiarity with GTM platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Clay, Outreach, Salesloft, or HubSpot.
• Understanding of B2B revenue workflows including lead management, prospecting, routing, enrichment, qualification, account prioritization, and seller productivity.

Nice to have

• Experience building technology for Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Growth, or other frontline GTM teams.
• Experience with data warehouses, SQL, enrichment data, event-based customer data, and unstructured data from transcripts, emails, notes, forms, and intent signals.
• Experience building internal-facing tools that reached production and achieved meaningful user adoption.
