Quality Manager (Offshore Subsea)

What you will do

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan, quality objectives, KPIs, procedures, and assurance frameworks for ADNOC offshore projects.
• Lead QA/QC activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, offshore installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover.
• Review and approve quality plans, Inspection and Test Plans, procedures, method statements, inspection records, and turnover dossiers.
• Manage contractor, supplier, vendor, and third-party inspection quality activities, including audits, surveillance, qualification, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee welding, NDT, coating, mechanical, structural, piping, electrical, and instrumentation inspection activities.
• Lead major NCR investigations, corrective actions, continuous improvement initiatives, quality reporting, and final project close-out.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, Metallurgy, or another related engineering discipline.
• At least 15 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas, offshore, EPC, or energy projects.
• At least 7 years in a Quality Manager or senior QA/QC management role.
• Strong experience with offshore oil and gas projects and FEED, EPC, fabrication, offshore installation, and commissioning phases.
• Knowledge of ADNOC requirements, ISO 9001, API, ASME, ASTM, AWS, DNV, and related quality standards.
• Experience with QMS, ITPs, audit management, NCR management, root cause analysis, and quality documentation systems.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ CQM, ASQ CQE, or IRCA Lead Auditor certification.
• NACE Coating Inspector, CSWIP Welding Inspector, or API certification.
• ADNOC Offshore or major Middle East operator project experience.
