What you will do

• Manage and coordinate project quality activities across engineering, procurement, and site execution phases.
• Set up and manage project quality teams, including QC Engineers, QC Inspectors, Document Controllers, and third-party testing and inspection providers.
• Oversee quality performance through site visits and cooperation with Project Site QC Managers, Project Directors, and Managers.
• Coordinate with client quality management to resolve site quality issues and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead required project quality internal audits and review the implementation of company IMS policies and procedures.
• Assess contract requirements and advise whether project-specific quality plans and procedures are required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized university.
• At least 20 years of total experience, including at least 5 years as a QA/QC Manager in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Experience managing QA/QC functions across projects involving pipelines, piping, tanks, process equipment, structures, painting and coating, and insulation.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification and strong project quality auditing experience.
• Experience managing large-scale capital projects through regular reviews and critical inspections.
• ADNOC approval as a Project Quality Manager is required.
