Marketing Manager (FMCG)

Location: Based in Algeria or Tunisia, with significant local and international business travel.

What you will do

• Contribute to market business plans using market intelligence across the value chain and priority categories.
• Define, develop, and deliver customer marketing initiatives with key account management teams.
• Deliver marketing services and apply cluster and central marketing methodologies for assigned customers.
• Provide market-based input into new product requirements and future intelligence projects.
• Analyze research and business intelligence data to identify market and customer opportunities.
• Manage promotional investment budgets and programs for assigned customers.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of marketing experience in a B2B or FMCG company.
• Experience managing people, leading cross-functional teams, and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Multicultural experience, preferably in a marketing leadership role within a global organization.
• Good French and English language skills required.
• Degree, MBA, or equivalent qualification in marketing.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI, with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
