Partner Marketing Manager France & BENELUX (MedTech): Developing and executing partner marketing programs for ZOLL’s distribution partners in France and BENELUX with an accent on co-branded campaigns, eCommerce growth, demand generation, and product launches. Focus on aligning sales and marketing plans, optimizing digital performance, managing localized materials, and measuring pipeline and revenue contribution.
Location: Voisins le Bretonneux, France; up to 30% international travel annually

What you will do
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans with strategic distribution partners in France and BENELUX.
- Build co-branded campaigns, promotions, demand generation programs, product launches, training initiatives, and trade show activities.
- Partner with distributors and Digital Marketing to develop eCommerce strategies, digital merchandising, content optimization, and promotional programs.
- Manage partner marketing calendars, toolkits, presentations, collateral, and campaign assets while maintaining brand consistency.
- Track campaign performance, partner engagement, pipeline contribution, revenue impact, and return on investment.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales Enablement, Training, creative, and operational teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
- 7+ years of marketing experience, including experience working with distribution partners.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Fluent English required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, communication, presentation, copywriting, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, deadlines, and cross-functional work in a matrix organization.
Nice to have
- Another European language.
- Experience with French translation and localization review.
