Craftsperson-Line Maintenance (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Daytona Beach, Florida, United States. Night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday through Tuesday plus every other Wednesday; availability for non-standard schedules and on-call hours is required.

Hourly compensation: $28.33–$36.38.

What you will do

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and production systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective components in machinery, systems, and auxiliary equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify potential failures, and minimize production downtime.
• Support continuous production operations and recommend improvements to equipment efficiency.
• Install, repair, and maintain facility systems and utilities, including HVAC, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and air compressors.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and follow safety procedures and best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of related experience in a maintenance or technical environment.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with robotics or automated equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, follow detailed instructions, and work independently.
• Ability to work fully gowned in a cleanroom and perform physically active work involving standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds and safely work around moving machinery, dust, gases, and chemicals.

Nice to have

• Mechatronics certification.
