Material Handler, Sr

Wage: $22.00–$24.00 per hour

Develops, manufactures, and markets engineered heat exchanger products, tube plugging systems, testing and isolation plugs, and repair services as part of a diversified industrial technology company.

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, label, package, store, and distribute materials, parts, and products.
• Perform warehouse operations including picking, packing, kitting, preparing shipments, and coordinating carrier pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records, including weights and shipping charges.
• Conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify inefficiencies and help implement standardized material flow, storage, and handling procedures.
• Safely handle heavy, sensitive, hazardous, or controlled materials and operate a forklift when required.

Requirements

• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull materials and equipment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Full G license with a clean driving history.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and enterprise resource planning systems.
• Ability to interpret work instructions, shipping documents, and inventory records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
