Lead Planning and Cost Engineer - Offshore Subsea Project - Pkg 2 (Offshore Subsea)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain integrated Level 1–4 EPC project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Establish baselines, monitor progress, perform critical path and schedule risk analysis, and prepare recovery plans.
• Develop cost control systems, budgets, cost breakdown structures, forecasts, EAC/ETC calculations, and variance analyses.
• Validate contractor and subcontractor invoices and assess the cost impact of changes, variations, and claims.
• Build progress measurement systems and KPIs, including S-curves, manpower histograms, productivity analysis, and earned value reports.
• Coordinate with ADNOC representatives, consultants, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and internal engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of experience in project controls, planning, and cost engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Lead Planning or Cost Engineer on offshore oil and gas projects.
• Experience with FEED, EPC, brownfield and greenfield projects, offshore platforms, subsea systems, pipelines, hook-up, commissioning, and associated facilities.
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6; strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, and project reporting tools.
• Knowledge of earned value management, cost forecasting, schedule risk analysis, EPC execution methodologies, and ADNOC project control procedures.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• PMP, PSP, CCP, AACE, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience with ADNOC Offshore, Saudi Aramco, QatarEnergy, or major EPC projects.
• Experience with Pertmaster or Primavera Risk Analysis.
