Graphic Designer I

What you will do

• Design large-scale print materials, including event signage, vinyl wraps, window wraps, and booth designs.
• Produce print marketing materials such as flyers and signage while maintaining brand consistency.
• Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, trim, color mode, and vendor specifications.
• Support layout and digital branding work in Figma and contribute to brand initiatives from concept through launch.
• Partner with events and marketing operations teams on space, scale, and installation requirements.
• Coordinate with print vendors, review proofs, incorporate feedback, and prevent production issues.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional design experience, including internships and apprenticeships.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, plus proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Figma and print fundamentals such as bleed, trim, color profiles, file setup, and large-format vendor requirements.
• Portfolio demonstrating real print and editorial production, large-format or event-based work, and digital branding samples.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to balance speed, creativity, quality, and business priorities.
• Based in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Digital branding experience and equivalent professional experience in place of a degree.
