Graphic Designer (Print & Brand)

Location: Hybrid, with weekly presence expected at the Helsinki or Tampere office in Finland.

What you will do

• Produce marketing, sales, presentation, editorial, social media, and other graphic materials in line with hirify.global’s brand guidelines.
• Prepare layouts and production-ready files for digital and printed assets, including magazines, advertisements, and brochures.
• Manage pre-press preparation in InDesign, including paper specifications, color accuracy, bleed, trim, and export requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for print houses and vendors and oversee physical print production.
• Support Product, Marketing, and Sales teams with consistent visual assets across customer touchpoints.
• Maintain asset libraries and brand guidelines across all outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of hands-on graphic design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, plus required familiarity with Figma.
• Solid knowledge of print and pre-press production, including resolution, CMYK/Pantone color profiles, paper weights, finishes, and physical print oversight.
• Strong understanding of typography, grids, visual hierarchy, contrast ratios, and spatial relationships.
• Understanding of the Architecture & Design landscape and willingness to work weekly from the Helsinki or Tampere office.

Nice to have

• Experience developing templates and design automation for production workflows.
• Experience with 3D renderings, basic animation, Premiere Pro, or video editing.
