What you will do

• Conceptualize visual solutions from design briefs and requirements.
• Develop illustrations, logos, layouts, and other branded designs.
• Create graphics for campaigns, content assets, presentations, social media, websites, digital publications, advertisements, infographics, and conference collateral.
• Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to produce final designs.
• Maintain brand consistency while expanding and evolving the hirify.global visual identity.

Requirements

• Six to ten years of professional graphic design experience.
• A compelling portfolio with relevant visual content projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Word, digital publications, presentations, ads, social graphics, infographics, web graphics, and conference collateral.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled creative and productivity tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Canva AI.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, methodical working habits, and the ability to meet deadlines and explain design decisions.

• Experience with email templates, motion graphics, and video.
