Graphic Designer

Location: Gurgaon, India; hybrid work environment with virtual work and regular collaboration with colleagues.

What you will do

• Create templated and non-templated designs for print, digital, web, and PowerPoint while following brand guidelines.
• Produce ebooks, whitepapers, and research repackages from concept through final delivery.
• Adapt high-level design concepts into supporting assets such as social cards, web banners, and email headers.
• Source and retouch photos, optimize digital assets, create icons and illustrations, and maintain templates.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, editors, project managers, operations colleagues, and business partners.
• Prepare flawless print-ready files and digitally optimized deliverables while managing multiple projects and incorporating feedback.

Requirements

• University degree in graphic design, digital design, or a similar discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in a graphic designer role.
• Portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design, with clear ownership of each project.
• Strong typography, color, layout, grid, stylesheet, and print-production skills, including preparing files for printers.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills.
• Working knowledge of responsive web and email design, HTML/CSS, communication, attention to detail, and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a corporate creative team.
• Experience with Sketch and/or Figma.
• Knowledge of simple animation in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere.
