Visual Designer

Location: Remote within the United States; listed locations are Seattle, Washington; Portland, Oregon; and Denver, Colorado

Salary: $75,000–$111,000 base salary annually, with potential discretionary annual bonus

What you will do

• Create visual design solutions for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, presentations, marketing campaigns, and print materials.
• Translate business objectives and briefs into creative concepts, visual systems, layouts, and brand experiences.
• Lead projects from concept through final production, delivering accurate, production-ready digital and print files.
• Maintain and evolve brand systems, templates, design standards, and visual storytelling.
• Present concepts, explain design rationale, incorporate feedback, and collaborate with creative, marketing, account, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Improve creative workflows and mentor junior designers through feedback, critiques, and collaborative problem-solving.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of professional design experience with a strong digital and print portfolio.
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
• Strong skills in layout, typography, brand systems, production, and attention to detail.
• Ability to turn loose briefs into effective design solutions and present design decisions clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and remain resourceful and solution-oriented.
• Willingness to create PowerPoint decks and consistent systems across campaigns, presentations, social media, landing pages, emails, one-pagers, and sales materials.

Nice to have

• Agency or in-house creative experience.
• PowerPoint design and executive or client deck experience.
• Motion and animation experience with After Effects, Premiere, Lottie, GIFs, or social animation.
• Illustration or icon system skills.
