What you will do

• Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across websites, email, print, and sales decks.
• Conceptualize and design graphics for in-app banners, landing pages, and display ads.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure goals and timelines are met.
• Integrate latest design trends and AI tools to push creative boundaries and bring fresh ideas.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion.
• Translate complex ideas into simple, elegant visuals for effective brand storytelling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the tech or fintech industry.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Required experience leveraging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to enhance productivity and research.
• Strong portfolio focusing on digital campaign design.
• Must be based in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
