Location: Mexico, remote

Compensation: $2,500–$3,333 USD gross per month as a contractor

What you will do

• Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across websites, email, print materials, and sales decks.
• Create graphics for in-app banners, email campaigns, landing pages, sales decks, and display advertising.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, product, and sales teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion while maintaining high-quality output.
• Translate complex ideas into simple, elegant visuals that strengthen brand storytelling.
• Track design trends, tools, and technologies and introduce fresh creative approaches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in technology or fintech.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Demonstrated experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required; comfortable using AI to improve productivity, research, and communication.
• Strong portfolio with digital campaign design experience and a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and composition.
• Strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
