Organisational Development Associate

Location: Remote-based positions available across EMEA and the Americas; willingness to travel up to four times a year for internal events is required.

What you will do

• Embed in real teams to understand daily operations and identify what is and is not working.
• Run diagnostics on team health and management effectiveness using engagement data, 360 feedback, and direct feedback.
• Design, lead, and implement concrete improvements to team operations with guidance from senior practitioners.
• Support managers in delivering effective 360 performance feedback and converting it into actionable commitments.
• Help develop the standards, tools, and shared language used across the organisational development function.
• Learn coaching and organisational development practices on a path toward independently running this work.

Requirements

• Early track record of leading, organising, building, influencing people, and delivering change.
• Grounding in organisational or industrial psychology, behavioural science, or a comparable field.
• Drive, confidence to challenge, coachability, and the ability to discuss change with experienced stakeholders.
• Exceptional academic performance in high school and university.
• Up to approximately two years of experience since graduation.
• Business-level written and spoken English, strong organisation, accuracy, confidence, authenticity, and results orientation.

• Exposure to people, organisational development, coaching, or consulting work through study, an internship, or a first job.
• Genuine interest in management and organisational development.
• Comfort working with data.
