What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end employee listening rhythms, including the design, launch, and reporting of key surveys like People Pulse.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback to uncover key insights and triangulate sentiment with business metrics.
• Craft clear and compelling narratives from complex data for stakeholders across the organization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into meaningful actions that improve company culture.
• Collaborate with People Technology to design, scale, and implement new listening platforms.
• Leverage AI to improve the speed, depth, and quality of feedback synthesis and insight generation.

Requirements

• Expertise in employee listening and people experience insights with a track record of creating actionable insights.
• Strong analytical rigour in working with both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proficiency in using and adapting listening platforms and technology.
• Fluency in applying AI tools to improve data analysis and insight generation.
• Ability to build trusted, engaging relationships with global stakeholders.
• Background or keen interest in organizational psychology and development.
