Manager, Product Management - Figma Platform Experience (Figma Platform)

Location: San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; or remotely within the United States. In-person onboarding is required if hired.

Annual base salary: $204,000–$348,000 USD, plus equity and additional compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead teams responsible for shared experiences across the Figma product suite, including platform coherence, multiplayer collaboration, and the Figma Pattern Library.
• Set the vision, strategy, and goals for workflows and interoperability across Figma.
• Drive product decisions and high-quality product management practices across organizational boundaries.
• Partner with engineering, data, and design to deliver user-facing outcomes across teams.
• Hire, coach, and develop a senior bench of product managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing product managers and coaching senior product talent.
• Experience driving broad, challenging changes across multiple groups.
• Track record of setting strategy and executing major user-facing initiatives in technically complex, ambiguous, large-scale environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Deep user empathy, strong systems thinking, UX judgment, and the ability to operate with high agency.

Nice to have

• Experience leading major cross-app overhauls.
• Experience with design systems in a multi-product company.
