Manager, Product Management - Figma Platform Experience (Product Platform)

Location: Remote in the United States or from Figma hubs in San Francisco, CA, and New York, NY. In-person onboarding is required if hired.

Annual base salary: $204,000–$348,000 USD, plus equity and additional benefits.

Figma develops a collaborative design platform that helps teams brainstorm, prototype, translate designs into code, and iterate with AI in real time.

What you will do

• Lead teams responsible for shared user experiences across the Figma product suite.
• Drive platform coherence, multiplayer and collaborative experiences, and the internal Figma Pattern Library design system.
• Set the vision, strategy, and goals for workflows and interoperability across Figma.
• Partner with engineering, data, and design to deliver outcomes across multiple groups.
• Hire, coach, and develop a senior bench of product managers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing product managers.
• Experience driving large, complex changes across multiple groups and executing major user-facing initiatives at scale.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Deep user empathy, strong systems thinking, UX judgment, and an ability to simplify complex problems.
• Ability to set strategy, operate with high agency, and maintain a high standard of product management craft.

• Experience with major cross-app overhauls and design systems for a multi-product company.
