What you will do

• Build a new mission-critical identity and access management system.
• Develop reliable, scalable, and high-performance software for hirify.global’s service-oriented architecture.
• Explore data and machine learning techniques to address security challenges.
• Contribute to system architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Work cross-functionally with business and technical partners across multiple teams and technologies.

Requirements

• Professional, non-internship software development experience.
• Programming experience in at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design.
• Experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and existing systems.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, large-scale distributed systems, teamwork, and communication.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
