Manufacturing Engineering

Branch Medical Group, a subsidiary of hirify.global, manufactures spinal and orthopedic implants and the instrumentation cases used with them.

What you will do

• Support daily manufacturing operations and production troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures, bills of materials, routes, setup sheets, and other process documentation.
• Collect and analyze production and quality data, including scrap, cycle time, and uptime.
• Support equipment setup, minor adjustments, tooling, fixtures, gages, and inspection activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement, 5S, lean events, root cause analysis, process validation, and problem solving.
• Collaborate with operators, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams and support operator training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Machining technology or mechanical engineering degree, or at least three years of hands-on experience as a department lead or setup employee.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing processes, technical drawings, specifications, and inspection equipment.
• Exposure to CNC machining, assembly, or automated manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and basic gages, plus basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and data-entry skills.
• Strong organization, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
