Location: Remote within the United States; preference for Eastern or Central time zones, but all US time zones are considered.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding across technical, go-to-market, and corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to design structured interview processes, calibrate interviewers, and provide hiring enablement.
• Develop outbound sourcing strategies for niche profiles in industrial software, AI/ML, and process engineering.
• Prioritize recruiting support across open roles and advise hiring teams on recruitment strategy.
• Track recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality of hire using Greenhouse as the system of record.
• Build the employer brand, improve recruiting workflows, and deliver a clear and respectful candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical and/or go-to-market hiring.
• 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
• Experience hiring for enterprise software, industrial software, B2B SaaS, or AI/ML businesses.
• Strong outbound sourcing, communication, stakeholder management, organization, and process improvement skills.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or a comparable applicant tracking system and recruiting metrics.
• College degree preferred; a BSc in Engineering is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in petrochemical, oil and gas, or industrial software.
• Background in agency recruiting or RPO environments.
