Senior Software Engineer I (Snowflake)

What you will do

• Lead architecture and technical design for Sales & Marketing data platforms, pipelines, and warehouse solutions.
• Design, build, and optimize scalable Snowflake and DBT data pipelines and dimensional data models.
• Own complex initiatives from discovery and design through production support.
• Define performance, observability, reliability, code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevSecOps standards.
• Mentor engineers through pair programming, coaching, code reviews, and technical guidance.
• Partner with Product Owners, Analysts, and business stakeholders on technical roadmaps, incident analysis, and platform improvements.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing and operating enterprise data warehouse solutions.
• Expert knowledge of Snowflake, DBT, SQL, and dimensional data modelling.
• Strong experience with AWS-based data platforms and Python development for data engineering.
• Experience building production-grade CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and Jenkins or equivalent tools.
• Experience leading technical delivery, mentoring engineers, and influencing technical decisions with stakeholders.
• Experience applying AI-assisted engineering or LLM-enabled developer tooling.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and Apache Airflow.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, particularly Terraform.
• Programming experience in Python and/or Java.
