Associate Enterprise Software Engineer

Location: Onsite in Chennai, India, at Neville Towers

What you will do

• Assist with developing and maintaining software applications for materials management, financial management, and HRIS.
• Debug basic code and support troubleshooting and bug fixing under supervision.
• Execute unit tests and document the results.
• Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare technical documentation and apply coding standards.
• Perform initial deployments, basic configuration, and respond to simple end-user questions.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Java, Python, or C#.
• Ability to identify and resolve simple coding issues.
• Understanding of Git or similar version control systems.
• Knowledge of basic unit testing methodologies.
• Ability to write simple technical documentation and understand fundamental software design principles.
• Collaborative approach to working within a project team and supporting application users.
