Senior Enterprise Software Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and improve enterprise software applications independently.
• Contribute to application design and optimize software performance in finance and HR environments.
• Lead code reviews, uphold coding standards, and perform in-depth debugging.
• Conduct end-to-end testing and validation while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
• Support deployment strategies and execution, and provide technical input during project planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and resolve complex user issues through advanced technical support.

Requirements

• Advanced programming proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or similar languages.
• Extensive experience with Git or comparable version control tools.
• Expertise in complex debugging, end-to-end testing, and software performance optimization.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and advanced technical support skills.
• Independent work style, judgment in solving complex technical problems, and ability to lead projects or ongoing activities.
