Financial Operations Senior Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build and lead the global Lock Operations function.
• Own the Lock Operations strategy and tooling-driven takedown roadmap.
• Coordinate lock exploit response across Fraud, Risk, Engineering, and Legal.
• Measure impact through field disruption and value at risk protected.
• Provide ground and online intelligence to the Fraud team as a technical partner.
• Manage and develop two Specialists and one Analyst while handling high-impact takedowns directly.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in fintech, consumer lending, or fraud and risk operations.
• Experience working across more than one country or market is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with tooling, automation, or AI, including scrapers, data pipelines, dashboards, or AI-assisted detection.
• Demonstrated success reducing fraud- or exploit-driven losses through operational change and owning return-on-investment cases.
• Confident stakeholder management across risk, fraud, legal, and engineering functions.

Nice to have

• Prior people management experience.
• Spanish or Portuguese fluency.
