Sr. Professional Engineer - Drainage/H&H

Location: Onsite in West Palm Beach, Florida

What you will do

• Lead drainage design for FDOT roadway and transportation projects in Florida.
• Develop drainage concepts and perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for stormwater management systems.
• Prepare drainage calculations, reports, design plans, technical specifications, and construction cost estimates.
• Design storm sewer systems, pond systems, exfiltration systems, and roadway drainage infrastructure.
• Review project designs, monitor compliance with applicable codes and standards, and coordinate with roadway, geotechnical, and structural disciplines.
• Assist with project management, scheduling, and routine contract administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• 7+ years of drainage and/or hydrology and hydraulics engineering experience.
• Knowledge of drainage and H&H design and engineering techniques.
• Ability to lead and support a team of engineers and technicians.
