Contract Enablement Manager (Public Sector)

What you will do

• Support Public Sector contract strategy, education, compliance, and profitability initiatives.
• Develop communications, announcements, templates, internal contract guides, and training materials for sellers.
• Build relationhirify.globalps with stakeholders supporting and managing Public Sector contracts.
• Implement contract reinforcement and education strategies and provide consultative support on strategic opportunities.
• Support strategic non-consortia Requests for Proposal and the Contract Library application, including system connections.
• Deliver recurring functional training programs focused on strategic non-consortia contracts.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Public Sector contracting processes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to interpret complex contract terms and communicate them effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, relationhirify.globalp-building, collaboration, written communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver training programs, communications, guides, templates, and educational content.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience, plus 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to travel 10%.
