System Administrator

TL;DR

System Administrator: Managing and maintaining corporate IT infrastructure, user access, and SaaS tools with an accent on network security, identity management, and endpoint protection. Focus on implementing IT security best practices, automating operations, and providing technical support to ensure efficient and secure internal operations.

Location: Fully onsite position based at the Lisbon office. Open to support with relocation efforts.

Salary: €48K – €60K

What you will do

• Manage corporate IT infrastructure including SaaS applications, cloud services, and internal systems.
• Oversee user access, account provisioning, and identity management across platforms like Google Workspace, Okta, and Azure AD.
• Ensure network security, endpoint protection, and data encryption policies are implemented.
• Monitor and optimize hardware/software performance, troubleshoot issues, and automate IT operations.
• Maintain company-wide SaaS tools (Slack, Zoom, Notion, Atlassian) and software licenses.
• Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding and provide technical support and training.

Requirements

• Around 3+ years of experience in IT administration, systems administration, or IT support.
• Experience managing cloud-based corporate IT environments (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, or Azure).
• Proficiency in identity and access management (IAM) tools (Okta, Azure AD, JumpCloud).
• Knowledge of endpoint management solutions (Jamf, Intune, Kandji or similar MDM platforms).
• Familiarity with network security, VPNs, firewalls, and zero-trust security models.
• Strong understanding of IT compliance, data privacy (GDPR, SOC 2), and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with IT automation and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
