Systems Administrator (AI)

Location: Fully onsite at the Lisbon office, Portugal; relocation support is available.

Salary: €48K–€60K annually, plus an annual bonus.

hirify.global is a self-funded software company building an AI-powered Personal and Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, with offices in Lisbon and San Francisco.

What you will do

• Manage corporate IT infrastructure, SaaS applications, cloud services, and internal systems.
• Administer user access, account provisioning, and identity management across Google Workspace, Okta, Azure AD, and other platforms.
• Maintain network security, endpoint protection, data encryption, MFA, and role-based access control.
• Monitor hardware and software performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide employee support and training.
• Automate IT workflows and system monitoring while maintaining licenses, compliance requirements, and documentation.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and deactivation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT administration, systems administration, or IT support.
• Experience managing cloud-based corporate IT environments such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with identity and access management tools, including Okta, Azure AD, or JumpCloud.
• Knowledge of endpoint management platforms such as Jamf, Intune, or Kandji.
• Understanding of network security, VPNs, firewalls, zero-trust models, GDPR, SOC 2, and data privacy practices.
• Ability to work fully onsite at the Lisbon office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bash, PowerShell, or Python for IT automation and scripting.
• Experience supporting the Apple hardware ecosystem.
