Collection Specialist with Dutch (SAP)

What you will do

• Collect overdue customer funds through phone calls, emails, and other collection methods.
• Identify reconciliation discrepancies and manage disputes through timely resolution.
• Review customer accounts to maintain accurate and efficient collections.
• Respond to inquiries about overdue accounts and provide account details, invoice copies, and statements.
• Prepare reports, extract invoices, settle payments, and support other Collection Specialists.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Dutch-speaking customers while meeting collection targets.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in collections or a related upstream or downstream department.
• Fluent Dutch and strong English proficiency.
• Solid experience with SAP and basic-to-intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Ability to collect overdue payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage high work volumes.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new computer systems.
