What you will do

• Provide technical support for Adams products, from basic inquiries to complex application issues.
• Deliver product training, live customer demonstrations, and SimAcademy webinars.
• Create how-to articles, videos, presentations, and other knowledge content.
• Engage with users through community forums and support channels.
• Collaborate with sales, services, and R&D teams to share feedback and improve products.
• Meet or exceed customer support KPIs for responsiveness and quality.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Recent graduates are welcome; industry experience is not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Good understanding of mechanical systems and basic automotive concepts.
• Self-organized, deadline-driven, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adams simulation software or another multibody dynamics tool.
• Familiarity with MSC Nastran or ANSYS FEA tools.
• Proficiency with CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks CAD systems.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, or C++.
