CIM Program Manager (Civil Design)

What you will do

• Lead the firmwide CIM and horizontal design technology program across disciplines and offices.
• Manage and direct CIM Managers, Transportation Technology Managers, and other technical leads.
• Establish CAD and civil design standards covering templates, title blocks, layers, naming conventions, models, sheets, and project files.
• Oversee Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Bentley/MicroStation, Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, and related design and collaboration platforms.
• Coordinate software deployment, configuration, licensing, upgrades, integrations, and technical support with IT and internal teams.
• Guide training, onboarding, project setup, workflow improvement, and resolution of complex cross-discipline production issues.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Engineering, CAD/Drafting, Construction Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience with civil, transportation, infrastructure, or related design technology and workflows.
• Experience leading technical staff, teams, programs, or major technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of civil design and CAD workflows, standards, model organization, and digital project delivery.
• Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or similar horizontal design platforms.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across disciplines, offices, and leadership groups.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Bentley, MicroStation, OpenRoads, ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud, InfraWorks, Navisworks, model coordination tools, or related platforms.
