What you will do

• Participate in the DoD SkillBridge internship during the last 180 days of active duty.
• Gain hands-on experience across engineering, technology, cybersecurity, logistics, and business operations.
• Support projects for defense and space programs alongside industry professionals.
• Learn hirify.global processes, tools, and systems relevant to the selected career path.
• Take part in mentorship and networking activities supporting the transition to civilian employment.
• Contribute to mission-critical work that supports warfighter readiness and operational success.

Requirements

• Active-duty service member within 180 days of separation.
• Command approval for participation in the DoD SkillBridge program.
• Ability to commit to the duration of the internship.
• Interest in transitioning to a civilian career in engineering, IT, logistics, or business operations.

Nice to have

• Existing Secret or Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• Technical certifications or relevant military occupational specialty experience.
• Familiarity with engineering, cybersecurity, or logistics systems.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
