Location: Hybrid, based in Fall River, Massachusetts, with at least 3 days in the office. Travel of up to 10% may be required for submarine learning centers and fleet support. Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Support and lead testing for critical submarine platforms, including the AN/BYG-1 Combat Control System and AN/BLQ-10 Electronic Warfare system.
• Partner with installation teams to deploy systems at Submarine Learning Centers across the United States.
• Engage with fleet personnel to capture product requirements, identify operational needs, and coordinate installation parameters.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues across the SWFTS submarine warfare architecture.
• Provide remote and onsite support for training events.
• Prepare and review installation design plans, diagrams, test procedures, and user manuals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience aboard a U.S. Navy submarine.
• Deep operational familiarity with undersea warfare environments.
• Experience testing systems, developing procedures, and performing hands-on installations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Nice to have

• U.S. Navy or defense industry background.
• CCNA, Network+, or Security+ certification.
